1. Scope of Services

Myn Future provides professional educational consultancy services, including:

  • Counseling for course and country selection
  • Application assistance and document submission
  • Communication with institutions on your behalf
  • Support with visa-related documentation (if applicable)

Note: While we guide and support students through the admission process, we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship offers, as these decisions are made by third-party institutions or authorities.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal, academic, and identification information
  • Submit all required documents and payments on time
  • Follow all deadlines and instructions provided by our team
  • Acknowledge that final decisions (admission, scholarship, visa, etc.) are made by the respective institutions or government bodies

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by delays, misinformation, or incomplete submissions on the client’s part.

3. Payment Terms

  • All service fees are to be paid in advance before the commencement of services.
  • Pricing depends on the nature and extent of services requested.
Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Myn Future are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

  • Withdrawal of application by the client
  • Rejection from institutions
  • Change of plans or personal circumstances
  • Delay or non-issuance of visa or other documents

Please ensure you fully understand the scope of services before making any payment.

4. Document and Certificate Handling

  • Clients may be required to submit original certificates, transcripts, or academic documents for processing.
  • Once documents are submitted to an institution, we have no control over their return.
  • The decision to return or retain original certificates lies solely with the institution.

Recommendation: Retain certified copies of important documents before submission.

5. Third-Party Institutions

While we maintain partnerships or working relationships with various institutions, we are not responsible for their internal policies, decisions, or timelines. We are not liable for:

  • Institutional delays
  • Course changes
  • Fee structure changes
  • Admission rejections

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myn Future shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or non-return of documents by institutions
  • Rejection of applications or visas
  • Financial loss due to personal decisions or institutional policies
  • Delays beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our consultancy services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, materials, and communication shared through our website or in person are the intellectual property of Myn Future. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to any client if:

  • False information or documents are submitted
  • There is abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior
  • The client violates these Terms

No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India (Kerala Jurisdiction). Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Kerala, India.
